⚠️⚠️READ ME: Important Upload Guideline:
Please ensure that all uploaded images are spaced at least 13mm apart (0.5" apart). This allows our system to recognize each design as a separate piece. If your images are closer than 10mm or touching, they will be cut as one single acrylic piece instead of individual shapes.
We are unable to edit or space your gang sheet once you upload and confirm the project. 

The acrylic blanks are made with a 3mm offset, which does add 6mm on average around the image. This offset is intentional to allow extra room for drilling a hole so the blank can also be used as a keychain if desired.

HOW TO MATCH UP- We highly recommend laying out your UV DTF sheet first and matching all acrylic pieces before you begin. That way, you’ll be sure each blank pairs perfectly with the right decal. (Think of it like a fun little crafting puzzle 🧩✨)

-We do not offer custom designs or design-changes. We offer a printing service and can not assist in the design process.

FILE REQUIREMENTS for best possible prints-
-300 DPI is file size suggested for the best possible clarity when printing. 
-File should have a TRANSPARENT background when uploaded. 
-Avoid using files containing very thin or fine lines, as the line requirements are 4 pixels thick when printing. 

It's Pretty Personal is not responsible for poor quality images or warped/stretches images due to the print requirements not being met in the upload process. 

Your files are safe for upload and unique to your order. We WILL NOT share any files uploaded from our platform to any other customer.

FAST TURN AROUND TIME!-Turnaround time for processing transfers is 3-5 business days.

UV DTF Application Instructions
1. Peel design transfer from backing.
2. Place the transfer on the cup ensuring design is straight and positioned correctly.
(The adhesive is very strong. Once the transfer touches the glass its impossible to take off)
3. Press the transfer down, working from the center outwards, rub-out any bubbles.
4. Peel clear film off and you're done!
Hand wash only. We do not advise to put in dishwasher or microwave.
