- Order not moving in transit history in 7 or more business days, you can file a claim.
- Contents of your order come damaged? File a claim with photos attached.

Orders sitting as "PENDING ACCEPTANCE" for days at a time?- this is very common lately with USPS- they are not scanning while in transit. A number of our orders have been going from "pending acceptance" to "delivered" with NO scans in-between.
