              How long will it take to get my crafting supplies order?

                WE STRIVE TO SHIP ORDERS THE SAME BUSINESS DAY!

                We aim for same business day processing! All orders placed before 10am, EST will be shipped USPS, same business day. 
                   **Please take note that if you use PayPal eCheck, it could take 5-7 business days to process payment and will cause a delay with your order. 

                Your shipping options:
                FREE OVER $35- This is an option for our US orders that are over $35. Your order will be shipped USPS Priority OR First class, depending on package weight. 

                First Class shipping- Typically a little less on price, but usually takes USPS a couple of days longer to get you your order. 

                Priority shipping- this does not mean that IPP will process your order faster. This simply means that the USPS shipping process is typically a couple of days faster to get to you. 
                International shipping is typically USPS First Class, at the customers expense. 
                EXPRESS shipping options- IPP is not responsible if a package does not make it in the express shipping day window due to postal unexpected delays. This is a risk the customer is taking with the postal service when deciding to upgrade shipping to express. 

                Please keep in mind that once your package is in USPS hands, we will have to play by the  timeline below for order claims.

                How is my glitter order measured? 
                  PLEASE NOTE- It's Pretty Personal measures glitter by VOLUME, not weight. 
                  Please note: Glitter may settle in shipment.
                  If glitter seems like it may be a little less in the bottle upon arrival, please pour contents of the entire bottle out and refill the bottle to see the volume fill back up. 
                  Weight: Weight is determined by the heaviness, or mass, of the particular item, and is measured with the use of a scale.
                  Volume: Volume is the amount of space that an item you are measuring takes up.
                  It's Pretty Personal has decided to measure out glitter products by VOLUME to assure that everyone is getting the same amount of product, across the board, regardless of the product weight. We sell our 2oz glitter option in 2.3oz shakers at NO EXTRA charge to you! So we try our best to make sure that when receiving your products they all equal the same to the eye. 
                  Each company has the right to run however they decide works best for them and this is what works for us and our customers. 

                  Poly Glitter vs. Craft Glitter

                  Is there a difference between Poly glitter and Craft Glitter? 

                  YES!

                  Poly (PET) glitter is more durable and lasts longer. Made from polyester fabric film (which has  a plastic base within the fiber), Poly glitter can be used on all kinds of things, both indoors and outdoors. Poly glitter can be subjected to continuous UV light and very high temperatures (350°F), without losing its shine, melting or degrading over time.  Poly glitter is generally speaking, more expensive due to its long lasting viability.

                  Craft glitter is primarily used for indoor crafting or providing short lasting sparkle (i.e. birthday party, wedding, etc). Craft glitter is made of cellophane film with a thin PVC base. Craft glitter cannot be exposed to UV and high temps and after about a year, craft glitter will lose it’s shine and become a “matted” version of the original creation. Craft glitter is typically less expensive but lower quality. If you are looking for long-lasting, durable glitter, craft glitter would not be recommended.

                  It’s Pretty Personal strives to only carry top quality products for our customers and only offers Poly Glitter unless stated otherwise in product description.
                   
                  Could your glitter have an odor?-
                  The answer is, YES... possibly.

                  Each series and collection of glitter has a different process as to how the product is produced.   Each series typically is a different type of polyester film that may require different steps and procedures for the overall final product to be complete. Some colors do smell stronger than others, we describe it as a “nail salon“ type of odor. This is a temporary smell may seem strong once opening a shaker of glitter. It  will not last long term once the glitter is under epoxy in your molds or on tumblers. 

                  The reason for this is that after final coating on glitter film, the curing time on the machine (the time for baking on the machine is shorter, and the temperature is not as high as before) has been reduced, so this is why the smell will be stronger than before.
                  If these colors are put in a ventilated place or exposed to sunlight, the smell will decrease a lot.
                  During the production process, occasionally situation as such may occur. The production processes of holographic colors, metallic colors and fluorescent colors are different. For fluorescent and opal colors, this is more common and occasionally appear in such a situation.

                  We strive for top grade sparkle and shine, smell is secondary. 

                  Return policy- 
                  Returns are not accepted on open products. 
                  We do have a 15 day return policy from when your shipment was delivered if you do need to return an item. Shipping cost on returned item will be the responsibility of the customer. 
                  Refund will be processed as a store credit.

                  ORDER ADDRESS ERROR- 
                  If an order is placed and the address information is entered incorrectly at checkout by the customer, it is the responsibility for the customer to pay for shipping to the correct address once the original order is returned to our facility. 
                  If the package is not returned to our facility due to an address error, we are unable to replace your order.
