ROUTE INSURANCE-

IPP HIGHLY SUGGESTS purchasing Route Package Insurance with your order for faster assistance and faster claim process on all orders. (Route option on Check out page.) 
Route covers damaged items (with photos),  you can start a claim for packages lost in transit in as little as 7 business days and open claims on packages marked delivered but did not show after 5 business days.   All claims are to be processed by the customer on Route.com. 

FREE SHIPPING-

FREE SHIPPING in the US has now been moved to all orders over $49.  We are still shipping with USPS, but this gives every free shipping order the opportunity to receive the upgrade to Priority shipping- faster service offered by USPS to get your order to you as soon as possible. 


HOW TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?:

Your total MUST be OVER $49.00 AFTER all discounts and BEFORE taxes. Free shipping is for USA orders only. 

USPS PRIORITY-

USPS Priority offers insurance on packages up to $100 on lost packages after no scan updates for 15 business days. Customer to open USPS claim.  
USPS Priority is slightly faster than First Class, but not an overnight option. 

 

USPS FIRST CLASS-

We will still offer First Class options for those who self pay for shipping at check out- there will be no insurance on First Class if the customer does not select Route at checkout.

Please note that this may delay your receipt of mail from us and our receipt of mail from you.

International shipments:
The CUSTOMER is responsible for all import and duty feels upon arrival, if any.  IPP is not responsible for customers  required import fees upon arrival.

Orders must be placed online and LOCAL PICK UP must be selected at checkout. 

Local Pick up times: Monday-Friday from 10:00am-2:00pm 
*not including weekends or holidays!
