If you opt out of Route at checkout and an order is lost in transit, please be aware that it can take up to 30 days for UPS to consider your claim once processed. All UPS claims are to be made by the customer.

Route covers damaged items (with photos), you can start a claim for packages lost in transit in as little as 7 business days and open claims on packages marked delivered but did not show after 5 business days. All claims are to be processed by the customer on Route.com.
FREE SHIPPING-
FREE SHIPPING in the US has now been moved to all orders over $69. We are shipping with UPS.
HOW TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?:
Your total MUST be OVER $69.00 AFTER all discounts and BEFORE taxes. Free shipping is for USA orders only.
Upgrading your SHIPPING speed will not speed up your order processing time. We do not offer a rush processing option on orders.
If UPS is not an option when we are processing and shipping out your order due to carrier disturbances, we will ship your order with the closest option to your delivery estimated time to avoid any delays in your order processing.
International shipments:
The CUSTOMER is responsible for all import and duty feels upon arrival, if any.
Typically, USPS cost more for shipping but has a lower duty fee upon arrival for international shipments.
On average, UPS does have a higher duty rate upon arrival.
IPP is not responsible for customers required import fees upon arrival.

With the holiday season, we HIGHLY suggest selecting UPS for your shipping option for prompt updates and tracking when placing your order as noted on the banner of the website and homepage. USPS tends to run at a slower pace for the holiday season and UPS has been the more reliable option this time of year.
