We highly recommend CCDIY UV Resin (you can find it on Amazon). This is one of those “crafting debates” – some crafters sand, some don’t. We’ve successfully made plenty of snow globes both ways, BUT… if you’re experiencing leaks, we strongly suggest lightly sanding your surface before sealing.
